Network Operating Committee. A group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Part III of this Tariff.

Network Operating Committee. The ISO Operating Committee will serve as the Network Operating Committee and will coordinate operating criteria for the parties' respective responsibilities under the Network Operating Agreement. The Committee shall meet from time to time as need requires, but no less than once each calendar year.
Network Operating Committee. ‌ (a) Membership The Network Operating Committee shall be composed of at least one representative from each Network Customer and the Transmission Provider or their designated agents. (b) Responsibilities The Network Operating Committee shall meet at least once per year to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Part 3 of the Tariff.
Network Operating Committee. (a) Membership - The Network Operating Committee shall be composed of representatives from the Transmission Customers taking service under the Tariff and the Transmission Provider or their Designated Agents. (b) Responsibilities - The Network Operating Committee shall: (i) adopt rules and procedures consistent with this NOA and the Tariff governing operating and technical requirements necessary for implementing the Tariff; (ii) review Network Resources and Network Loads on an annual basis in order to assess the adequacy of the Transmission System, and (iii) obtain from the Transmission Provider, the Transmission Provider's operating policies, procedures, and guidelines for network interconnection and operation.
Network Operating Committee. The Network Operating Committee shall be responsible for the coordination of the operating criteria established by this Network Operating Agreement including (i) operation and maintenance of equipment necessary for integrating Transmission Customer within Transmission Provider's Transmission System (including, but not limited to, remote terminal units, metering, communications and relaying equipment), (ii) transfer of data between Transmission Provider and Transmission Customer (including, but not limited to, operational characteristics of Network Resources not dispatched by Transmission Provider, generation schedules for units outside Transmission Provider's Control Area, interchange schedules, unit output for redispatch required under Section 33 of the Tariff and voltage schedules), (iii) exchange of data on forecasted loads and resources necessary for long-term planning, (iv) coordination and implementation of modifications to delivery points and coordination of and planning for future delivery points in accordance with Good Utility Practice, and (v) resolution of any other technical and operational issues necessary for implementation of this Network Operating Agreement. Each member of the Network Operating Committee shall be fully authorized to act on behalf of its Party with respect to all matters contemplated in the Network Operating Agreement but will not be authorized to amend the Agreement. Transmission Provider's representative to the Network Operating Committee is the Manager Power Supply. Transmission Customer's representative to the Network Operating Committee is the Vice President Engineering and Operations.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply. (b) An equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this agreement. Any representative(s) attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. (c) It is agreed that the topic of a rehabilitation program for drug and alcohol abuse is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. It is also agreed that the topic of the utilization of full-time and part-time staff is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. The committee shall have access to work schedules and job postings upon request. (d) It is understood that joint meetings with other Labour-Management Committees in the Hospital may be scheduled concerning issues of mutual interest if satisfactory to all concerned. (e) Where two or more agreements exist between a Hospital and CUPE the Committee may be a joint one representing employees under both agreements, unless otherwise agreed.
