No Claims Through Others. You further agree to release and discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims which might be made by any other person or organization on your behalf and you specifically waive any right to become, and promise not to become, a member of any class in a case in which a claim or claims against the Company are made involving any matters subject to release pursuant to Sections 4(a) and (e).
