No Co-Partnership or Agency. It is understood and agreed that nothing contained in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to in any respect create or establish the relationship of co-partners between the 5- County Region and the Operator, or as constituting the Operator the general representative or general agent of the 5-County Region for any purpose whatsoever.
No Co-Partnership or Agency. This Agreement shall not be construed so as to create a partnership, joint venture, employment or other agency relationship between the parties hereto.
