Common use of No Commencement of Work Clause in Contracts

No Commencement of Work. A/E shall not, nor allow any Subcontractor(s) to, commence the performance of Professional Services under this Agreement until the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements has been received and approved by TFC. However, any approval of the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements by TFC shall not relieve or decrease the liability of A/E hereunder.

However, A/E shall not allow any approval Subcontractors to commence work until the required insurance has been obtained and approved. Approval of the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements by TFC shall not relieve or decrease the liability of A/E hereunder.
