No Member shall be entitled to receive any compensation or reimbursement from the Company with respect to the Member’s activities in connection with or on behalf of the Company, except as otherwise provided herein or in the Transaction Agreements, or as may be otherwise Approved by the Board and Approved by the Members by Supermajority Approval pursuant to Section 5.6.
