No Concessions Stand Responsibility. This Agreement does not contemplate that Contractor will operate, staff or manage the concessions stand, except as it relates to maintenance of the concessions stand. If the parties desire to amend the Agreement to include general concessions stand operations, such amendment shall be memorialized by mutual written consent of both parties.
