Common use of No Contingent Fees Clause in Contracts

No Contingent Fees. No person or selling agency shall be employed or retained or given anything of monetary value to solicit or secure this Contract, excepting bona fide employees of the offeror or bona fide established commercial or selling agencies maintained by the offeror for the purpose of securing business. For breach or violation of this provision, the Commonwealth shall have the right to reject the proposal or cancel this Contract without liability.
