NO COOLING OFF PERIOD. When you license exljbris Font Foundry Products there is no right to cancel your licensing of exljbris Font Foundry Products, or this Agreement and its related Licence(s) during any cooling-off period which is provided for certain purchases by consumers.
NO COOLING OFF PERIOD. When you license JTT Products there is no right to cancel your licensing of JTT Products, or this Agreement and its related Licence(s) during any cooling-off period which is provided for certain purchases by consumers.
NO COOLING OFF PERIOD. If the Purchase Vehicle is sold by VGA in: New South Wales, then the Customer acknowledges and agrees that it has no cooling off rights under the Motor Dealers and Repairers Act 2013 (NSW) in connection with the supply of the Purchase Vehicle, as the Customer represents and warrants that the Purchase Vehicle is intended to be used predominantly for business or other commercial Purposes; or Queensland, then the Customer acknowledges and agrees that it has no cooling off rights under the Motor Dealers and Chattel Auctioneers Act 2014 (Qld) in connection with the supply of the Purchase Vehicle, as the Customer represents and warrants that the Purchase Vehicle is a “commercial vehicle” as that term is defined in the Motor Dealers and Chattel Auctioneers Act 2014 (Qld).
NO COOLING OFF PERIOD. When you license NOVA TYPE FOUNDRY Products there is no right to cancel your licensing of NOVA TYPE FOUNDRY Products, or this Agreement and its related Licence(s) during any cooling-off period which is provided for certain purchases by consumers.

NO COOLING OFF PERIOD. When you license TTF Products there is no right to cancel your licensing of TTF Products, or this Agreement and its related Licence(s) during any cooling-off period which is provided for certain purchases by consumers.
NO COOLING OFF PERIOD. When you license TIPASTYPE Products there is no right to cancel your licensing of TIPASTYPE Products, or this Agreement and its related License(s) during any cooling-off period which is provided for certain purchases by consumers.
NO COOLING OFF PERIOD. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any cooling-off period under the Property Occupations Act 2014 (if for any reason it is held to apply to the purchase contemplated by this Contract) was waived by the Buyer prior to entering into this Contract.
