NO-CURE-NO-PAY. Only for Customers who have registered their Object with a “Free Subscription Ad” or “Trial Subscription”, a No- Cure-No-Pay (NCNP) subscription can be registered after the prior subscription lapses. The NCNP subscription is equal to the Premium Subscription, only with no annual fixed costs and no booking calendar integration into the own website. If a booking is made on the relating object with a NCNP subscription, a fee on the rent (rent excluding extra / incidental expenses) will be charged.

  • REBATES, KICKBACKS OR OTHER UNLAWFUL CONSIDERATION CONSULTANT warrants that this contract was not obtained or secured through rebates kickbacks or other unlawful consideration, either promised or paid to any LOCAL AGENCY employee. For breach or violation of this warranty, LOCAL AGENCY shall have the right in its discretion; to terminate the contract without liability; to pay only for the value of the work actually performed; or to deduct from the contract price; or otherwise recover the full amount of such rebate, kickback or other unlawful consideration.

  • No Deductions All amounts due from the Borrower under a Finance Document shall be paid:

  • NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS 6.01 The Union agrees that there shall be no strikes and the Employer agrees that there shall be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The meaning of the words "strike" and "lockout" shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended.

Any failure by Blackboard to timely invoice for any overages due under this paragraph shall not constitute a waiver of your obligation to pay such fees.

  • Interest on Delinquent Payments Without waiving any other right or action available to Authority, in the event of default of Company's payment of Rents or other charges hereunder, and in the event Company is delinquent in paying to Authority any Rents or other charges for a period of five (5) days after the payment is due, Authority reserves the right to charge Company interest thereon from the date the Rents or other charges became due to the date of payment at one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law.

  • NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT 19.01 There will be no strike or lock-out during the term of this Agreement. The Employer has the exclusive right to determine what merchandise will be carried in its store, except that the Employer agrees that, in the event of a legal strike in the plant of a supplier, it will not handle merchandise from such plant, provided however, that merchandise that was on the premises of the Employer or in transit to the Employer's premises at the time such legal strike commenced, will be handled. In the event of strikes, lock-outs or similar problems involving suppliers of goods or service, the Employer and the Union agree to meet and discuss such situation as it involves the parties to this Agreement, to endeavor to solve such problems in the best interest of the Employer, the Union and the employees, to the best of the abilities of the parties.
