No Default, Event. No Default Event or event or condition which with notice or lapse of time or both would constitute a Default Event will have occurred and be continuing or will result from the making of any such Advance or issuing such L/C. Each of the warranties and representations identified in Article 5 of this Agreement shall be true and correct as of each date upon which an Authorized Representative requests an Advance or L/C, with the same effect as if such representations or warranties were made on such date, and will continue to be true and correct on each corresponding Disbursement Date. Borrowers will not have experienced any material adverse change in their business, credit, operations or financial conditions or prospects since the last previous Disbursement Date of an Advance Lender made under this Agreement.
