No Deviation from Contract Documents Clause Samples

The "No Deviation from Contract Documents" clause establishes that all work performed must strictly adhere to the specifications, drawings, and requirements outlined in the contract documents. This clause ensures consistency and quality control throughout the project, preventing unauthorized changes that could compromise the integrity of the work or lead to disputes.
