No Discharge or Setoff. The Buyer hereby consents and agrees that its obligations under this Contract will not be discharged by any act or omission by MARAD. Any amount payable hereunder shall not be subject to any reduction by reason of any counterclaim, set-off, deduction, abatement or otherwise.
