No Discrimination Based on Union Activity. Provisions of this Memorandum shall be equally applied to all employees in the bargaining unit without discrimination based on Union activity. Except as otherwise provided in this Memorandum, disputes under this Article shall be subject to Article 19 (Grievance Procedure).
