No Discrimination (Union Membership, Activity and Representation). ‌ a. The Authority recognizes the right of all eligible employees to be free to join the Union and to participate in lawful concerted Union activities. Therefore, the Authority agrees that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint, coercion, or reprisal by the Authority against any employee because of Union membership or because of lawful activity of any member acting in an official capacity on behalf of the Union. b. The Union recognizes its responsibility as bargaining agent and agrees to represent all employees in the bargaining unit without discrimination, interference, restraint, or coercion. The Union agrees not to intimidate or coerce any employee in an effort to recruit membership in the Union.
