No Discussion/Negotiation Sample Clauses

The No Discussion/Negotiation clause prohibits parties from engaging in discussions or negotiations regarding the terms of the agreement or related matters outside of the formal contract process. In practice, this means that any attempts to alter, amend, or clarify the agreement must be made through official channels and documented amendments, rather than through informal conversations or side agreements. This clause serves to prevent misunderstandings, ensure that all parties are bound only by the written contract, and reduce the risk of disputes arising from off-the-record communications.
No Discussion/Negotiation. Should there be any violation of any of the subsections of this Article, there shall be no discussion or negotiation of the matter in dispute between the Employer and the Union until normal work has been resumed.
