No Duty of Purchaser to Verify. No provision of this Section 9.2 or any other provision of this Agreement, any other Financing Document or any Lease shall impose on the Holders or the Collateral Agent any duty or obligation to verify the existence or adequacy of the insurance coverage maintained by the Company, nor shall the Holders or the Collateral Agent be responsible for any representations or warranties made by or on behalf of the Company to any insurance company or underwriter.
