No Duty to Disclose Confidential Information. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the parties shall have no obligation to disclose Confidential Information or data to the extent such disclosure of information or data would be a violation of or inconsistent with the terms and conditions of the PJM Amended and Restated Operating Agreement, either Party's OATT, any other agreement, or applicable state or federal regulation or law.
