No Duty to Examine, Etc. The Agents shall not be under a duty to examine or pass upon the validity, effectiveness or genuineness of any of this Agreement, the other Transaction Documents or any instrument, document or communication furnished pursuant to this Agreement or in connection therewith or in connection with any other Transaction Document, and the Agents shall be entitled to assume that the same are valid, effective and genuine, have been signed or sent by the proper parties and are what they purport to be.
No Duty to Examine, Etc. The Agent shall not be under a duty to examine or pass upon the validity, effectiveness or genuineness of any of the Security Documents or any instrument, document or communication furnished pursuant to this Agreement or in connection therewith or in connection with any Security Document, and the Agent shall be entitled to assume that the same are valid, effective and genuine, have been signed or sent by the proper parties and are what they purport to be.
No Duty to Examine, Etc. The Agent shall not be under a duty to examine or pass upon the validity, effectiveness or genuineness of any of the Financing Documents or any instrument, document or communication furnished pursuant to or in connection with any Financing Document, and the Agent shall, in the absence of gross negligence, be entitled to assume that the same are valid, effective and genuine, have been signed or sent by the proper parties and are what they purport to be.
No Duty to Examine, Etc. Neither the Facility Agent nor the Security Trustee shall be under any duty to examine or pass upon the validity, effectiveness or genuineness of any of this Agreement, the Note or the Security Documents or any instrument, document or communication furnished pursuant to this Agreement, the Note or the Security Documents, and each of the Facility Agent and the Security Trustee shall be entitled to assume that the same are valid, effective and genuine, have been signed or sent by the proper parties and are what they purport to be.

The Administrative Agent shall not be under a duty to examine or pass upon the validity, effectiveness or genuineness of any of the Security Documents or any instrument, document or communication furnished pursuant to this Agreement or in connection therewith or in connection with any Security Document, and the Administrative Agent shall be entitled to assume that the same are valid, effective and genuine, have been signed or sent by the proper parties and are what they purport to be.

The Agents shall not be under a duty to examine or pass upon the validity, effectiveness or genuineness of any of this Credit Facility Agreement, the Note, the Security Documents or any instrument, document or communication furnished pursuant to this Credit Facility Agreement or in connection therewith or in connection with the Note or any Security Document, and the Agents shall be entitled to assume that the same are valid, effective and genuine, have been signed or sent by the proper parties and are what they purport to be.

The Agents shall not be under a duty to examine or pass upon the validity, effectiveness or genuineness of any of this Loan Agreement, the Note, the Security Documents or any instrument, document or communication furnished pursuant to this Loan Agreement or in connection therewith or in connection with the Note or any Security Document, and the Agents shall be entitled to assume that the same are valid, effective and genuine, have been signed or sent by the proper parties and are what they purport to be.
No Duty to Examine, Etc. The Agents shall not be under a duty to examine or pass upon the validity, enforceability, sufficiency, effectiveness or genuineness of any of the Transaction Documents or any instrument, document or communication furnished pursuant to this Credit Facility Agreement or in connection therewith or in connection with any other Transaction Document, and the Agents shall be entitled to assume that the same are valid, effective and genuine, have been signed or sent by the proper parties and are what they purport to be. Nothing contained in this Credit Facility Agreement shall oblige any Agent to carry out any "know your customer" or other checks in relation to any Person on behalf of any Lender and each Lender confirms to the Agents that it is solely responsible for such checks and may not rely on any statement in relation thereto made by any Agent.
No Duty to Examine, Etc. The Agents shall not be under a duty to examine or pass upon the validity, enforceability, sufficiency, effectiveness or genuineness of any of this Credit Facility Agreement, the Note, the Security Documents or any instrument, document or communication furnished pursuant to this Credit Facility Agreement or in connection therewith or in connection with the Note or any Security Document, and the Agents shall be entitled to assume that the same are valid, effective and genuine, have been signed or sent by the proper parties and are what they purport to be. Nothing contained in this Credit Facility Agreement shall oblige any Agent to carry out any "know your customer" or other checks in relation to any person on behalf of any Lender and each Lender confirms to the Agents that it is solely responsible for such checks and may not rely on any statement in relation thereto made by any Agent. 15.6
