No Effect on Other Agreements. No provision of this Agreement shall be construed so as to negate, modify or affect in any way the provisions of any other agreement between the parties unless specifically referred to, and solely to the extent provided, in any such other agreement.
No Effect on Other Agreements. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted or relied upon as a basis to amend, modify, accelerate or defer, or otherwise change any contributions to or payments that may be due from any other plan or arrangement that are deferred compensation subject to section 409A of the Code.
No Effect on Other Agreements. Nothing contained in this Executive Employment Agreement shall be deemed to affect any of the rights, or obligations of either party set forth in any other agreement with the Company to which either party is a signatory.
No Effect on Other Agreements. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, no provision of this Agreement shall be construed to have any effect upon, or to otherwise limit, any indemnification obligation or other provision contained in the Services Agreement and the Company Partnership Agreement.

By way of example only, and without limitation, nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be deemed to amend, alter, modify, or have any effect on (i) that certain Confidentiality Agreement that was entered into by and between the Parties with respect to the settlement discussions that preceded this Agreement, [****].
No Effect on Other Agreements. This Agreement does not affect or supersede (a) the General Release and Covenant Not to Sue between the Parties dated as of June 30, 2004, which shall continxx to be effective, or (b) any of the Parties' respective post-employment covenants or obligations expressed or referred to in the Employment Agreement, which shall continue to be effective.
No Effect on Other Agreements. 5.1 This MOU is not i ntended to pr eclude either P arty f rom entering into s uch other agreements or understandings as that Party may consider necessary to contribute to the effective and efficient fulfillment of their respective mandate.

Each Guarantor and AmEx acknowledge that the other parties hereto may now have or later enter into business or financial relations or agreements with Company other than in connection with this Guaranty, the Original Obligations or agreements referenced or incorporated herein or therein and that this Guaranty shall have no effect on such relations or agreements except if and to the extent specifically referenced herein.

Each party agrees that the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement shall have no effect on that certain Gas Gathering and Purchase Agreement dated August 18, 1998, by and between Duke Energy Field Services, Inc. and Borrower or on other similar agreements.
