Field Services definition

Field Services means the deployment of Supplier personnel, tools and/or techniques to a Purchaser's or End-User's Plant to provide technical assistance with specified maintenance, inspection, installation, repair and/or modification work or other services specified in the Contract.
Field Services means day-to-day operation of the gas utility system by personnel operating in the field, such as maintaining, operating, replacing, and repairing pipes, meters, regulators, valves, fittings, tanks, and other equipment appurtenant to those facilities. This service includes disconnecting or restoring service and any other mandated activity performed in the field, to maintain the safe and reliable operation of the gas utility system.
Field Services means making such visits as the Project site at intervals appropriate to the stage of the Work as reasonably necessary to enable the Consultant to ascertain whether the Contractor is carrying out the Work in general conformity with the Contract Documents.
