Executive Employment Agreement definition

Executive Employment Agreement means the Executive Employment Agreement entered into by and between Buyer and the Selling Member in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Executive Employment Agreement means that certain Executive Employment Agreement effective as of January 1, 2011 between the Company and the Executive.
