No Effect on Subsequent Awards. The provisions of this Article V shall have no effect on the terms and conditions of equity and equity-based awards granted following the Effective Time by Dover or Apergy, including any such equity and equity-based awards granted pursuant to any Dover Equity Plan or the Apergy Long Term Incentive Plan, as applicable.
