No Employment Condition. The Participant explicitly acknowledges that his participation in the RSU Plan does not constitute remuneration for any employment activity. The Participant confirms that the grant of the Restricted Share Units and the issuance of the Shares are not part of normal or expected compensation or salary for any purposes, including, but not limited to, calculating any severance, resignation, redundancy, and/or service payments, bonuses, long service awards, pension or retirement benefits or similar payments.
