Common use of No Employment Rights Conferred Clause in Contracts

No Employment Rights Conferred. This Agreement shall not be deemed to create a contract of employment between the Executive and the Company and/or its Affiliates. Nothing contained in the Agreement shall (a) confer upon the Executive any right with respect to continuation of employment with the Company or (b) subject to the rights and benefits of the Executive hereunder, interfere in any way with the right of the Company to terminate the Executive’s employment at any time and for any reason.
