No Grant of Future Registration Rights. The Corporation shall not grant any shelf, demand, piggyback or incidental registration rights that are senior to the rights granted to the Stockholders hereunder to any other Person without the prior written consent of Stockholders holding a majority of the Registrable Securities held by all Stockholders; provided, however, that nothing herein shall preclude the Corporation from granting registration rights to any Person that are pari passu with those of the Stockholders hereunder.
No Grant of Future Registration Rights. The Company shall not grant any shelf, demand, piggyback or incidental registration rights that are senior to the rights granted to the Stockholders hereunder to any other Person without the prior written consent of Piggyback Sellers holding a majority of the Registrable Securities held by all Piggyback Sellers.
No Grant of Future Registration Rights. The Company shall not grant any other demand or incidental registration rights to any other Person other than by requiring new Stockholders to become parties to this Agreement.

No Grant of Future Registration Rights. The Company shall not grant any shelf, demand or incidental registration rights that are senior to the rights granted to the Purchaser hereunder to any other Person without the prior written consent of the Purchaser.
No Grant of Future Registration Rights. Fortress shall not grant any shelf, demand, piggyback or incidental registration rights that are senior to the rights granted to the Investors hereunder to any other Person without the prior written consent of Initial Investor.
No Grant of Future Registration Rights. The Company shall not grant any other demand or incidental registration rights to any other Person without the prior written consent of the THL Parties, so long as the THL Group continues to own at least 10% of the number of shares of Company Stock that the THL Group owns on the date hereof. If the Company grants any other demand registration rights to any other person, RLB shall have the same participation rights in such registration as the members of the THL Group.

The Company shall not grant any other demand or incidental registration rights to any other Person without the prior written consent of each Stockholder who, together with its Affiliates, continues to own at least 20% of the number of shares of Common Stock that such Stockholder owns on the date hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may grant incidental registration rights to Jxxx X. Xxxxxxxx pursuant to the Management Registration Rights Agreement.
