No Implied Duties, etc. The Agent shall have and may exercise such powers as are specifically delegated to the Agent under this Agreement or any other Credit Document together with all other powers incidental thereto. The Agent shall have no implied duties to any Person or any obligation to take any action under this Agreement or any other Credit Document except for action specifically provided for in this Agreement or any other Credit Document to be taken by the Agent.
