Common use of No Implied Employment Rights Clause in Contracts

No Implied Employment Rights. Employee acknowledges and agrees that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to imply that his employment is guaranteed for any period of time. Employee understands that his employment is "at will," which means that either the Company or the Employee can terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without advance notice, for any reason or no reason, with or without cause. Employee understands that the only way that his "at will" employment relationship can be altered is by a written agreement signed by the Employee and the President of the Company.
