No inconsistent commitments or activities. With respect to the provisions of the FIS Rules and the terms of this Agreement, the National Association and the City hereby confirm: - that the FIS Championships shall be staged in a dignified manner as an independent event; - that the City shall not use the FIS Championships to serve any purpose other than the interests of the sport of skiing; - that no agreements be entered into, having any connection with the FIS Championships, between the LOC and any national, international or supranational organisations (whether governmental or non-governmental), or foreign states, without the approval of the FIS; and - that the City shall promote the development of skiing as well as the sporting merits of the great international festival of youth constituted by the FIS Championships, including, without limitation, their social, educational, aesthetic and moral aspects, as approved by the FIS.
