No Indirect or Consequential Loss. Neither party shall have any liability to the other party in respect of any loss of revenue, loss of actual or anticipated profits, or any indirect, consequential or special loss, damage, cost or expense, suffered or incurred by one party as a direct or indirect result of a breach by the other party of any of its obligations under this Agreement.
