No Landowner Responsibilities. Client has sole responsibility for the planning, set-up, management, and carrying out of operations on the Parcel, including, without limitation, obtaining any permits required for operating a community garden. Landowner has no obligation to make any alterations, improvements, or repairs of any kind on the Parcel, or to provide any services or other support.
