No Lease, Sublease Etc. The Licensee is not permitted to sell, lease, sublease, lend, rent, sublicense, publish, copy, adapt, translate, copy, decompile, create derivatives of the Font Software or pass on to third party’s devices/platforms, without the Licensor’ prior written consent or out of the permitted scope of the Font Software. In addition, the Licensee agrees to take no action which will have the direct or indirect effect of causing the Font Software to become Publicly Available Software, unless agreed otherwise with the Licensor.
