No Legal Partnership. The Recipient undertakes the Project on its own behalf and not on behalf of the Centre, and this Agreement and the Centre Funds flowing there from shall in no way be construed as creating the relationship of principal and agent, of partnership in law; or of joint venture as between the Centre and the Recipient or any other person involved in the Project.
No Legal Partnership. 8.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating an agency, legal partnership or joint venture relationship between the GICC and the Regional District. The GICC will be an independent contractor of the Regional District.
No Legal Partnership. 31.1 Nothing contained in this Agreement shall or shall be deemed to create any legal partnership or joint venture between the Council and the Provider, and nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute either of the Parties act as the agent of the other.
No Legal Partnership. 12.1 Nothing in this Agreement is to constitute or be deemed a partnership within the meaning of the Partnership Xxx 0000, the Limited Partnerships Xxx 0000, the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 or any other legislation concerning partnerships or limited liability partnerships.
No Legal Partnership. Execution of this Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture between the parties hereto. The parties hereto are and shall be independent contractors of the other.
No Legal Partnership. 34.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall create or be deemed to create a legal partnership or the relationship of employer and employee between the parties.
No Legal Partnership. The parties expressly disclaim any intent to create a legal partnership with respect to the Centre, and disclaim any intent to create a partnership with respect to the exercise of their rights hereunder, the administration of the Initiative, or with respect to any other matter relating to this Agreement. None of the parties will have any authority, actual or implied, to act for the other as agent or otherwise or to bind the other or to create any fiduciary relationship between them.
No Legal Partnership. For the avoidance of doubt it is expressly stated that the entering of this Agreement does not constitute a legal partnership amongst the Parties.
No Legal Partnership. Notwithstanding colloquial descriptions of Sponsor as a “partner,” nothing herein shall be construed as establishing a legal partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between SDBF and Sponsor or between the Padres and Sponsor. Neither SDBF nor the Padres has authority to bind or act in any respect on behalf of Sponsor, and Sponsor does not have authority to bind or act in any respect on behalf of SDBF or the Padres.
