No Liability for Review. No review or approval by the Purchaser of any agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specifications or design proposed by the Seller shall relieve the Seller from any liability that it would otherwise have had for its negligence in the preparation of such agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specifications or design or from failure to comply with the applicable Laws of Tanzania with respect thereto, nor shall the Purchaser be liable to the Seller or any other person by reason of its review or approval of an agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specification, or design. Furthermore, the Purchaser shall not be liable to the Seller or any other person by reason of its observation or inspection of, or any suggestions relating to, the construction, testing, operation or maintenance of the Plant.
