NO LIABILITY UPON TERMINATION. If this Contract is terminated for any reason, CPA and the State of Texas shall not be liable to Respondent for any damages, claims, losses, or any other amounts arising from or related to any such termination. However, Respondent may be entitled to the remedies provided in Government Code, Chapter 2260.
