Contractor Access. Access routes, entrance gates or doors, parking and storage areas, and other necessary Contactor access, along with any imposed time limitations shall be designated by TFC’s Contract Administrator. Contractor shall conduct operations in strict observation of the access routes and other areas established. Under no circumstances shall any of Contractor’s employee, vehicles, or equipment enter or move upon any area not authorized by TFC’s Contract Administrator for access by Contractor.

Contractor Access. CONTRACTOR acknowledges that there exists sufficient space on the Premises for the installation and operation of the New Equipment/Systems. DCAMM shall take reasonable steps to protect such New Equipment/Systems from harm, theft and misuse during the Contract Term. With reasonable notice, DCAMM, in consultation with the FACILITY, shall provide access to the Premises for CONTRACTOR to perform any Services related to this Contract during regular business hours, or such other reasonable hours as may be requested by CONTRACTOR and acceptable to DCAMM, in consultation with the FACLITY, and subject to the work hour restrictions stated in Schedule B-1: FACILITY Information (including Permitted Work Hours and Entry Restrictions). CONTRACTOR shall be granted immediate access to make emergency repairs or corrections pursuant to Section 29: Health, Safety, and Accident Prevention.
Contractor Access. 13.1 The Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx is responsible for ensuring that any Contractor invited into the marina complex has in accordance with the Marina’s Health and Safety Policy completed a Contractor Access Application Form. 13.2 The Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx must ensure and accepts responsibility to ensure that any contractor or tradesman invited into the marina complex for the purpose of carrying out work on the Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx’s vessel holds sufficient insurance to satisfy the insurance requirements of the Marina Management. 13.3 The Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx indemnifies and will keep indemnified the Marina Management against all actions, suits, claims, debts, obligations and other liabilities arising out the activities of any contractor invited by the Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx to work on the Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx’s vessel.

Contractor Access a. Access Forms (See Addendum 3): The contractor shall submit, on a weekly basis, a Contractor Access Form to the Building Management Office. Parking is limited to the non-reserved spots on Level B. Vehicles parked in any other areas of the garage will be towed without notice at the vehicle owner’s expense. All other project personnel will be required to park on the street or in neighboring public parking garages. ii. Prior to beginning work each day, all project personnel shall report to the security desk in the main lobby to receive a temporary visitor badge. Temporary visitor badges are valid for the day they are issued; a new badge must be obtained each day. Project personnel must carry a visitor badge at all times while onsite. iii. At the start &finish of work each day, the contractor’s superintendant or other project manager must check in & out with the engineering department.

Contractor Access. Any HTP Contractor that desires to enter upon Amtrak right-of-way or other Amtrak property in connection with delivery of an HTP Package shall be required to comply with Amtrak’s requirements for a “Temporary Permit to Enter Upon Property” (“PTE”). The terms and conditions of the PTE shall not change once an HTP Contractor begins work on the applicable HTP Package, provided that such HTP Contractor’s scope of work does not materially change. The requirements of the PTE shall be included to the extent applicable in all HTP Contract Documents.
Contractor Access. Lessee covenants that, if Lessee desires to have any repair, maintenance, or other work conducted on its Boat or PWC while such Boat or PWC is in the Slip or otherwise within the Marina or on land appurtenant thereto, such contractor shall be required to enter into, and have on file with the Lessor the Contractor Access Agreement attached hereto as Schedule C, and shall provide or have on file with Lessor evidence of insurance at such levels as Lessor may require, covering at a minimum the following: (i) general liability insurance; (ii) environmental liability insurance; (iii) automobile liability insurance; (iv) worker’s compensation and employers’ liability insurance (at Wisconsin state statutory limits and with coverage endorsements for Xxxxxxxxx and Harbor Workers Act claims). Lessor reserves the right to charge any outside contractors a per day fee for use of the facilities or premises at SOUTH BAY Marina.

Owner shall take reasonable steps to protect such Equipment from harm, theft and misuse during the term of this Contract. Owner shall provide access to the Premises for Contractor to perform any function related to this Contract during regular business hours, or such other reasonable hours as may be requested by Contractor and acceptable to the Owner. Contractor shall be granted immediate access to make emergency repairs or corrections as it may, in its discretion, determine are needed. Contractor’s access to the Premises to make emergency repairs or corrections as it may determine are needed shall not be unreasonably restricted by Owner. Contractor shall immediately notify the Owner when emergency action is taken and follow up with written notice with three (3) business days specifying the action taken, the reasons therefore, and the impact upon the Premises, if any.
