No License Fee. The School Board agrees with the Province that no fee or amount shall be payable by the Province for its license of access to and use of the School Sites and the Schools.

You and MHI agree that there shall be no monetary license fee payable during the term of this Agreement, and that Your evaluation of the Software shall be the sole and exclusive manner of compensating MHI for the license to use the Software granted herein.
