No Limitation on Obligations. The provisions of this Paragraph 7 shall in no way limit Tenant’s maintenance, repair and replacement obligations under Paragraph 9 [Repair and Maintenance], or Tenant’s obligation to pay Expenses under Paragraph 4(c) [Additional Charges for Expenses and Taxes]. The judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction or the admission of Tenant in an action against Tenant, whether Landlord is a party thereto or not, that Tenant has so violated any such Law shall be conclusive of such violation as between Landlord and Tenant.
