No Loss of Pay. When the legitimate business of a committee member or Xxxxxxx, pertaining to his/her employment, requires him/her to leave his/her job or department, he/she shall not suffer loss of pay for time spent in the performance of those duties, which shall not exceed one (1) hour, during his/her working hours.
