No Management Contracts, Employment Contracts, Unions, Pension Plans. Except for that certain Management Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2003, by and between the Partnership and the Management Company (the “Management Contract”), neither Seller nor the Partnership has entered into any management contracts, employment contracts or labor union contracts, and have not established any retirement, pension or profit sharing plans, relating to the operation or maintenance of the Partnership or the Real Property which shall survive the Closing or for which Buyer shall have any liability or obligation.
