No Merger of Legal Responsibilities. The liabilities and indemnities created in this Article shall be deemed to apply to, and shall not merge in, all assignments, transfers, conveyances, novations, trust agreements and other documents conveying any of the Assets from the Vendor to the Purchaser, notwithstanding the terms of such assignments, transfers, conveyances, novations and other documents, the Regulations or any rule of law or equity to the contrary, and all such rules are hereby waived.
