Common use of No Mitigation Required Clause in Contracts

No Mitigation Required. In the event that this Agreement or the employment of the Executive hereunder is terminated, the Executive shall not be obligated to mitigate his damages nor the amount of any payment provided for in this Agreement by seeking other employment or otherwise, and except for the termination of benefits pursuant to Section 3(d), the acceptance of employment elsewhere after termination shall in no way reduce the amount of Severance Compensation payable hereunder.
