No Mitigation Required. Upon a termination of your employment by the Company without Cause pursuant to Section 2(b) or upon a Change of Control pursuant to Section 10, you shall have no obligation to seek other employment but shall not be prohibited from doing so, and no compensation paid to you as the result of any other employment shall reduce any payment required to be made by the Company hereunder.
