No Mitigation Required. You shall not be required to mitigate the amount of any payment provided for in this Paragraph 4 by seeking other employment or otherwise, nor shall the amount of any payment provided for in this Paragraph 4 be reduced by any compensation earned by you as a result of employment by another employer after the Date of Termination, or otherwise, except as specifically provided in Paragraph 4(A)(ii).
