No Modification of Agreement. The Administrative Services Agreement dated January 1, 2000, as amended, (the “Agreement”) is hereby incorporated by reference. Nothing in this Amendment shall be deemed to modify, alter, negate, supersede or otherwise change in any manner or form any provision of the Agreement, except as may be specifically set forth herein.
No Modification of Agreement. Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to give the Arbitrator the authority, power or right to alter, amend, change, modify, add to, or subtract from, any of the provisions of this Agreement.

No Modification of Agreement. The parties agree that the Arbitrator does not have jurisdiction to alter, amend, change, modify, add to, or subtract from, any of the provisions of this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the full and complete understanding of the parties on the subject hereof, and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements on that subject. No oral understanding or agreement not incorporated herein shall be binding on any of the parties hereto. No prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations or understandings between TRAVEL CONTRACTOR and any Trip Instructor for any Educational Tour / Field Study Trip that are not set forth herein shall be binding upon DISTRICT. No waiver, modification or amendment of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.
