Common use of No Notice Clause in Contracts

No Notice. In the event that Yissum does not receive the Notice during the Notice Period, neither Yissurn nor the Researcher shall have any further obligations towards the Company with respect to the Results or the Project and shall be entitled, at its discretion, to freely disclose, exploit and commercialize the Results. In addition, the Company’s obligations of confidentiality and non-disclosure (regarding the Study and the Results) described in Section 4 shall continue in effect until the particular Confidential Information enters the public domain through no breach thereof by the Company or its representatives.
