Common use of No Nuisance Clause in Contracts

No Nuisance. Tenant shall not use the Buildings or the Property for or carry on or permit upon the Property or any part thereof any offensive, noisy or dangerous trade, business, manufacture, occupation, odor or fumes, or any nuisance or anything against public policy, nor interfere with the rights or business of Landlord in the Buildings or the Property, nor commit or allow to be committed any waste in, on or about the Property. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Property, nor bring nor keep anything therein, which will in any way cause the Property to be uninsurable with respect to the insurance required by this Lease or with respect to standard fire and extended coverage insurance with vandalism, malicious mischief and riot endorsements.

Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Property, nor bring nor keep anything therein, which will in any way cause the Property to be uninsurable with respect to the insurance required by this Lease or with respect to standard fire and extended coverage insurance with vandalism, malicious mischief and riot endorsements.

Tenant shall not use the Buildings or the Property Premises for or carry on or permit upon the Property Premises or any part thereof any offensive, noisy or dangerous trade, business, manufacture, occupation, odor or fumes, or any nuisance or anything against public policy, nor interfere with the rights or business of any other tenants or of Landlord in the Buildings or the PropertyBuilding, nor commit or allow to be committed make any waste in, on or about other unreasonable use of the PropertyPremises. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the PropertyPremises, nor bring nor keep anything therein, which will in any way cause the Property Premises to be uninsurable with respect to the insurance required by this Lease or with respect to standard fire and extended coverage insurance with vandalism, malicious mischief and riot endorsements.
