No Options to Purchase Assets. There are no written or oral agreements, options, understandings or commitments, or any right or privilege capable of becoming such for the purchase or other acquisition from any of Anak, Forel or Shadai of any of their assets, other than assets which are obsolete or inventory to be sold in the ordinary course.
