No Other Obligation of the Aviation Authority. 1. Company acknowledges that the Aviation Authority has made no representations or warranties concerning the suitability of the Premises for Company's use or for any other use, and that except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Aviation Authority shall have no obligations whatsoever to repair, maintain, renovate or otherwise incur any cost or expense with respect to the Premises or any Improvements, furnishings, fixtures, trade fixtures or equipment constructed, installed or used on or in the Premises.
