No Other Rights or Licenses. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, neither party is granted any right or license to any of the foregoing or to any rights of the other.
No Other Rights or Licenses. No rights or licenses are granted to You, except as expressly stated in this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no rights or licenses are granted in any products, technology or intellectual property rights of ST except those embodied in the Licensed Software.

Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, Cisco grants and Netrx xxxeives no other rights or licenses, including, without limitation, any rights to use Cisco's trademarks, service marks, trade names or trade dress. Netrx xx strictly prohibited from using any of Cisco's trademarks, service marks, trade names or trade dress in connection with the marketing, sale or distribution of Netrx'x Xxxegrated Products or Netrx'x Xxxivative Products.
No Other Rights or Licenses. The Parties agree that nothing in this Agreement, and no use by a Party of the other Party’s Intellectual Property Rights pursuant to this Agreement, shall vest in a Party any right, title, or interest in or to the other Party’s Intellectual Property Rights, other than the license rights expressly granted hereunder and the assignments expressly made hereunder.
No Other Rights or Licenses. Except for the rights and licenses expressly granted in this Agreement or granted upon the exercise of the Option, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to grant to either party, or to any third party, any other rights or licenses, including, without limitation, any implied licenses.

Other than the limited usage license granted to LBT under section 2 herein, no other rights or licenses are granted, or implied by estoppel or otherwise, under any Intellectual Property Rights of u-blox and/or its Affiliates or any intellectual property residing in the Assistance Service of the Licensed Technology.
No Other Rights or Licenses. No express or implied right or license to any Patent right or other intellectual property or proprietary information of either Party is granted by this Agreement, except as expressly set forth herein.
