NO OTHER VENTURES. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.11, neither the Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries is engaged in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person.
NO OTHER VENTURES. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.13 (Joint Ventures and Partnerships), none of the Borrower or any of its Material Subsidiaries is engaged in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person.
NO OTHER VENTURES. Except as listed on Schedule 4.13, as may be supplemented from time to time pursuant to Section 6.11(n), or otherwise permitted under Section 7.6, no Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries is engaged in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person.
